Orders are available for pickup from Northmead, Sydney, 2152. Be sure to select the pickup option when choosing your shipping method during checkout. Once your order is processed, we'll provide you with the pickup address.

Yes, you can return or exchange an item if:

• The return is made within 30 days of purchase.
  
• The item is unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging.

We check every order before its sent out but if an item happens to be faulty we will replace your item at no cost.

Please note: You're responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
