It's out of stock, what can I do?

Do you have a showroom?

They sure do! All prices listed on our online store already include GST for orders made within Australia.

Where do you ship to?
At the moment, our shipping adventures are all about Australia! But don't fret, we've got big dreams of spreading our shipping love even further, so stay tuned for more exciting destinations on our horizon!
How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping:
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50.
For orders under $50, get speedy delivery for a flat rate of $7.95.

Express Shipping:
Express Shipping is a flat rate of $11.95.
(Estimated 1-3 business days)
Please Note:
When ordering the Sturdy Spark Unicorn Backpack, standard shipping is the only shipping option, as express delivery is not applicable.
Can I pick up my order?
Certainly! Orders are available for pickup in Northmead, Sydney, 2152. Be sure to select the pickup option when choosing your shipping method during checkout. Once your order is processed, we'll provide you with the pickup address.

As the festive season is just around the corner and to make sure you have the best experience with Goosetea pickups are now available Monday - Sunday.
I didn't receive my order confirmation email, what do I do?
Once you've placed your order, you should expect to receive an order confirmation email. If you haven't received it within 24 hours, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we'll be more than happy to assist you. And don't forget to take a peek in your spam folder, just in case!
What shipping courier do you use?
We dispatch all orders from our Sydney warehouse using Australia Post.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, we'll ensure it's meticulously packed and prepared for its journey to you! Anticipate an email from us containing a tracking number as soon as your package hits the road. This way, you can keep tabs on its journey through the capable hands of Australia Post.
How quickly do orders get processed?
We're dedicated to ensuring a speedy order fulfillment process, and you can expect your order to be shipped within 24 hours.
Please keep in mind that delivery times might fluctuate due to possible delays with Australia Post.
Can I cancel my order?

Can I pay when picking up my order?
To keep things smooth and speedy, we kindly ask that you make your payment online when placing your order. Unfortunately, we can't accept payments at the pickup location at the moment. Thanks for your understanding!
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Yes, we can! Just be sure to include your PO Box number when placing your order.
Returns
Can I return an item?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Here's what you need to know for returns or exchanges:
Yes, you can return or exchange an item if:
- The return is made within 30 days of purchase.
- The item is unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging.
We check every order before its sent out but if an item happens to be faulty we will replace your item at no cost.
Please note: You're responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
But don't worry, we'll make the process as easy as possible! Just contact our customer service team with your order number to initiate a return or exchange. For secure returns, we recommend using parcel tracking. Once we receive the item, we'll evaluate its eligibility.
Goosetea reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges that don't meet the above requirements at our sole discretion.
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
Once your refund request gets the thumbs-up, we'll send you a notification and jump into action right away! Please allow up to 12 days for the refund to appear in your original payment account.
I received a damaged product, what should I do?
We're truly sorry to learn that you have received a damaged item. Don't worry! Just get in touch with our support team right away and provide us with some snapshots of the damaged item. We'll handle it from there.
